Usually during my 1st class with a new student I check his Russian level do some exercises determine the reasons to study Russian and the goals he wants to achieve and recommend some Russian material we can use for studying.Since everyone s goal for studying Russian is different likewise the study plan for each particular student should be uniquely fitted.Together with the Russian material that we agree to use I use additional material like flashcards vocabulary games grammar exercises reading stories etc. In short I try to do everything possible to make the Russian learner feel comfortable using the Russian language.
