We do not manage hundreds of properties nor do we want to. We want to manage enough so we can provide personal attention to the properties and put some bread on our table No different than anyone else who goes to work every day. We go though a stringent appliaction process which includes criminal background checks previous evivitons credit and other criteria that will indicate a tenant is a good candidate or not.We do the eviciton process from start to finish. However it is very rare for us to go to court because the tenants we screen are all good. Our rates and fees are very reasonable. We are set up to do direct deposits for our tenants as well as to our owners. We have references from our owners as well as tenants.Our website is set up so you and tenants can pull it up and look right at your statements . Tenants can fill out work requests and get them to us with the click of a button. Modern technology is sometimes a pain and sometimes a wonderful tool. If you have your own people you want to use to do the work. We are fine with that. We will gladly take the call from the tenant and relay to whomever you use. It will all be part of your monthly management fee. 5. We can handle real estate needs also if you needed us to sell your home or needed to find a home. We are very versatile and not a pushy company.
