United Talent Staffing is currently taking applications for laborers for a company in Belpre Ohio. spot welding experience a plus. Rate of pay is 9.00 an hour for this temp to perm position. After temporary assignment wages immediately moved to 10.00 per hour and begin participation in attendance bonus program. This gives an additional 1.64 per hour. Rate of pay and attendance bonus increase with seniority. Paid vacations holidays and boot allowance along with 401K matching are given after temporary assignment is completed. Typical shift is 6 00 AM 4 30 PM Monday Thursday. Work is physical in a non-air conditioned facility. Employees are given (3) ten minute breaks and (1) thirty minute lunch all of which are UNPAID Must wear required safety equipment provided along with steel toed boots (zero tolerance policy) and no facial jewelry is allowed. Due to Proprietary information of our customers equipment and products and our manufacturing process we have found it necessary to restrict pictures and videos within the building. Please be advised that having a cell phone or camera equipment inside the plant can result in immediate termination of employment.Duties include but not limited to Working with metal parts weighing pound to approximately 20 pounds grinding the parts on a stand grinder and with hand held air tools. Could also be dipping parts in paint and hanging on line sweeping floor keeping work area tidy while tracking your time and production piece counts. .
