Looking for roommate - 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom

I am looking for a roommate to move in and share my place starting in June 2019.I have a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment on the top floor (4th floor) - overlooking the courtyard and the West River. The layout (see stock pictures for idea of layout - note actual apartment is bigger than what is shown here has a separate laundry closet and has very tall vaulted ceilings) is set up so it is very private for both people - with the kitchen and living room separating the bedrooms and each bedroom has it s own full bathroom. Washer and Dryer in unit garage parking gated community community game room gym and other amenities on property. Central heating and A C lots of natural light vaulted ceilings. For rent ( 1627 2 814 per person) and all utilities we end up typically paying around 1000 each per month total for rent and all utilities.I am a male young working professional. I am pretty chill during the week but friendly and like to be social - more so on weekends. I would like someone who would mesh well with this lifestyle schedule.
