As a response to the Pony car market s success the first generation was rushed out and the 2nd generation had much more time for research development and a bigger production budget. The chassis and suspension were far more greatly refined in both performance and comfort. The Camaro only made minor changes from 1970 until government regulations finished off the fun in 1979. Still the Camaro held out as one of the last true muscle cars on the road.This 1978 Camaro shows extremely well in Dark green with Saddle Tan interior.
