Adopt Radar a Black - with Tan Yellow or Fawn Rottweiler German

Radar is a 2yr old Rottweiler Shepherd cross that was transferred to us from another rescue organization. He came from a rural community with a severely injured leg and had to undergo a femoral head ostectomy. He has healed well from surgery and is looking for his forever home. Radar is playful yet calm in the house. He does like to do his laps around to see what everyone is up to. He would be nice for a family with older kids. He would love to go for walks daily but struggles with leash reactivity. He has been doing better with the help of anti-anxiety medication and since attending a reactive dog class but still has room to improve. Radar loves to please and loves to be told what to do. He can be sassy sometimes and will bark back but will do what he is told. It s pretty adorable when he does it He loves routine and will come wake you up when it s time for breakfast. He is very loyal and loves his people. He will need a consistent owner who understands him....
