Solid electro-mechanical analog & digital debug and trouble-shooting skill set. Test fixture project management experience with test automation background strongly desired. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Must have sufficient hardware experience to build and configure workstations understand the subsystems and their interactions in an overall system. Experienced in Implementing test processes on projects write test plans cases procedures and scripts and analyzing test results. Electro-mechanical analog & digital debug and trouble-shooting Test fixture project management test automation automated test equipment and software using C Visual Basic Visual C Perl scripting. Powershell Labview LabWindows and or TestStand Senior Electrical Engineer duties Work with other test engineers and with manufacturing and product design teams to develop fixtures and stations to test new products at the system subassembly board and incoming material levels. Provide visibility of test development projects regarding schedule budget and resources to ensure all stakeholders are aware of timing and help needed to meet critical milestones on time and within budget. Validate the test fixtures on the production line to ensure that all testing stations are working in proper condition upon release. Write test protocols and perform V& V and IQOQ testing on developed test fixtures which are controlled with software written in C Perl and PowerShell. Automate tests where appropriate to improve production line efficiency reduce labor increase repeatability and improve the reliability of our products in the field. Write work instructions and DHRs for production line use of developed test fixtures and provide training for operators whenever needed. Work closely with Manufacturing and other departments to improve production line and test development process efficiency and predictability as well as the quality and reliability of our products in the field. Ensure all systems are running according to necessary requirements and specifications and operate within regulations to ensure the production of quality products
