This is a spacious duplex near midway. I am a professional male that works here at home. It is a 3 bedroom and the room you would have is very spacious. There will be shared living areas including living room kitchen. There is a bathroom that is not attached to your room but you will have that mainly to yourself. A two car carport landry is in the unit and will share. This is for a non smoking professional male or female does not matter. No pets allowed and prefer any 420 activity to be done outside of the home. Not a party pad but family and friends are welcome. The utilites shared will be water and sewage electric and cable internet.. Your total expense should run run just over 700 a month. I will not require a security deposit my lease will end in February. I have not determined if i will extend so you are aware.
