We share the building with a visual artist a private wood shop an audio producer and an independent venue that is mostly used for community events. The venue space is on hiatus and will be pretty quiet this summer. When it is active it seeks to be a haven for community art business environmental and other projects. Our neighbors have children and there is a school nearby so we keep these things in mind when hosting guests and events.We love community organizers and artists So about these rooms available. They are located above the community space and we rent them out on a month-to-month lease. There are three rooms and each is unique. The wood paneled room has a chalkboard. I know thats fun. They mostly keep to themselves but feel free to play with them or give them snacks.One of the rooms is only available for a one-month sublet the others are month-to-month but can be yours as long as you want. They are all partially furnished but only one has a bed and the living room furniture will be different from photographed by the end of the month as will the ugly curtains.
