Are you HIV positive and between the ages of 40-65 Have you noticed changes in body shape recently or after diagnosis Currently taking anti-retroviral medications If yes then this exercise study may be for you We are currently seeking volunteers for a study comparing the effects of different doses of cardiorespiratory exercise performed during 8 weeks on cardiorespiratory fitness and various risk factors for cardiovascular disease in individuals with HIV that have lipodystrophy and take anti-retroviral medications.If you are interested in patipanting in this exercise study and are available to attened to 3 weekly exercise sessions please contact Norberto QuilesThank you for your time TC IRB Approved Protocol 13-041
