ITEM 1 I need ASAP quotes for the cleaning of an non-occupied empty 2 800 SqFt. living area house. The house has carpet marble wood floors. 3 bedrooms and 3 full and 2 half baths. There are a few spots on the burber carpet and the oven needs cleaning. Windows fold inward and may not need cleaning. ITEM 2 I need quotes for the yard wook -- light in the front and clear out area of existing overgrown driveway to back of the property. ITEM 3 I need quotes for GENERAL HANDY MAN WORK. e.g finish some siding finish inside bathroom ceiling some shilgles needed and any thing else the applicant may find that needs repair maint replacement. This is not a major job. ITEM 4 I need quotes on putting a FENCE around the pool and equipment roughly 30 feet by 64 feet. ITEM 5 I need quotes on BUILDING A PORCH on existing poured concrete foundation. roughly 8 foot by 5 foot 5ft is width framed to the house. Property is in Bradford (part of Westerly Rhode Island).
