The Fair Market Band needs more depth in the banjo department. Maybe you d like to be in rotation for Sunday mornings and occasional paying gigs. You need to love performing and have the skills to play lead & backup in the more common keys on the standard bluegrass repertoire as well as Western swing c & w folk some pop...we cover a lot of ground. You can use us as an opportunity to improve your chops and learn ensemble skills with a supportive spontaneous quartet (bass guit bjo fid mando). I can t remember when we last rehearsed we re too busy performing. If you sing good bring it. The FMB plays every Sunday 8a-1p at the Hollywood (not the Los Angeles) Farmers Market.
