Premium Retail Services Is adding new Retail Sales Specialists to Represent top of the line TVs and their connectivity tablets POSITION SUMMARY OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Apply for this exciting opportunity today. You will drive brand awareness by working directly with customers and store associates. You will play an important role for all in store activities including training sales merchandising special events and more. You will partner with peers client teams and in store teams to exceed sales and expectations ESSENTIAL DUTIES Conducts consumer facing activities by demonstrating key features assisting customers with devices and trouble-shooting issues presented. Builds and maintains long-term trusting relationships with retail store associates retail management and client management. Maintains consistency and highly visible presence in designated retail store. Creates and maintains consistent store scheduled hours and inputs into assigned system daily. Partners with client team and management team to ensure product look and display is consistent with protocol plan-o-gram compliance samples working properly overall appearance and above presentation standards of competitive products. Attends required training sessions on assigned products. Maintains any formal certifications on product knowledge as assigned. Assists client team members in training initiatives to ensure retail sales associates understanding on product brand awareness and brand image. As part of a team you will share information on your market and how we can improve sales and increase brand awareness. Manage your sales performance against assigned goals and metrics. Other duties as assigned to improve performance of self or others. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education High School diploma or GED required. Hours This part time position requires that you must be able to work evenings weekdays weekends and holidays. Plan on working in your store 28 hours a week Experience Level Minimum one year experience in retail environment. TV tablet wireless cell phone or other consumer electronic experience required. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required. Strong presentation and or selling skills required. Experience in adult education or training ideal. Demonstrates a high energy and enthusiastic attitude. Tools and Technology Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint). Access to home computer reliable 24 7 internet connectivity for e-mail and daily web reporting.
