Position DescriptionDue to growth Grainger is expanding our sales force in multiple markets. Withthis expansion we are creating an additional sales team in the LEBANON TNarea including multiple experienced Account Managers. We are seeking topsales talent to support our growth model and provide best in class service toour customers. Working within a local multi million-dollar territory you ll spend more timewith clients and less time traveling. Account Managers also have resourceslike an expert team of product support representatives who consult with youand your customers to discuss specific product-lines professional trainingand development programs and our world-class e-commerce site that providesthe cutting-edge technology and efficiency our customers both require andexpect of us. Our most successful sales professionals possess a tenacious desire to win andhave the intellectual ability to create tailored cost effective solutionsthat impact our customers bottom line. Position Requirements Minimum of three years of successful complex selling experience in abusiness to business environment. Possess the business acumen to position the Grainger values as a strategicadvantage for our customers. Account Managers must be able to clearlyarticulate solutions and position value. Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives anddecision makers within each customer organization in the territory. Results driven documented success in exceeding sales goals or objectivesyear over year. Strong process discipline ability to align planning objectives with apipeline development process to grow and develop territory revenue. Demonstrates teamwork to ensure individual and company sales goals. Experience in developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts forterritory and accounts.
