Ability to operate semi-automated machines such as Oscar Conveyor belt sheeters and depositors Repetitice stationary work that requires the usage of hands Ability to stand and or sit for long periods of time. Extreme fluctuation of temperatures ( extreme heat in oven rooms) and (extreme Cold in freezers) at a minimum able to bend lift carry and push 7 pounds repetitiously ability to work with and around heavy machinery. Ability to follow instructions provided by managers and supervisors. Basic Math principals Ability to add subtract and multiply and divide.
