Greetings I am a Psych student almost finished with my degree looking to supplement my income by looking after your little ones. Currently employed through Eastern Michigan University s Bright Futures program I am an assistant site coordinater at a local upper elementary where I am responsibile over 40 children. I create and run clubs for up to twelve children at a time plan and execute special events and over see daily operations. I have a very strong behaviorism background with special emphasis on children with special needs. Prior to my current position I was an Autism Spectrum Disorder Tech where I was personally responsible for six mild to severely disable children at once.
