Northshore Concert Band Auditions

The Northshore Concert Band under the direction of Dr. Mallory Thompson will be holding auditions in August for Bassoon Clarinet French Horn and Trombone. All interested musicians should visit the NCB Website to fill out an audition request www.northshoreband.org about auditions.asp. You will be contacted with information about an audition date and time. Auditions will consist of a performance of a selection from a lyrical piece and a technical piece. The audition will conclude with sight-reading. Rehearsals are Wednesday nights in Glenview. Members are expected to make an 11 month commitment each year (we are off in August). There are 4 subscription concerts (Sunday afternoons) several school concerts during the week and several summer concerts.
