Tressler LLP in Irvine CA seeks a Foreign Legal Consultant. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Panama and have a minimum of 3 years experience in corporate law. Candidate will assist supervising attorney Partner in conducting legal research drafting memoranda and agreements analyzing foreign laws regulations and legal documents related to Latin American projects and transactions handling relations and filings with Latin American government agencies including preparing documents required to secure government concessions permits & licenses.
