Thirteen Week Program has Graduates Working in the Industry Quickly The Anderson Academy of Dental Assisting is accepting new adult students at its Anderson Ohio classroom and laboratory at the office of James Rogers DDS Julie Vilardo DDS Jettye Nagy DDS and Douglas Rogers DDS. Dental Assisting classes start four times every year so students can enroll anytime with a new session starting soon. Classes are two nights per week for 3 hours each time or on Saturdays during the day for 6 hours each time and includes elements in the classroom laboratory and hands-on in a practice. Students must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent to qualify to enroll. Upon completion graduates receive a Certificate in Dental Assisting. Dental Assistants are in demand. Becoming a dental assistant is a stepping stone in the dental field. Once you receive your certificate in dental assisting you could use your skills to become a Dental Hygienist or EFDA.
