ADOPT ME ONLINE -XX ---.- dogs 5141Hello Everyone ) My name is Frankie & I m a 4 year old 70 lb Labradoodle. I love all canine & feline friends equally ) Now that I have spent a few days with my foster family let me tell you a little bit about myself.I really like rawhides...and attention. I haven t made any messes in my crate or in the house so we can say with great confidence that I am housebroken. I know sit lay and come and I know them really well when there are treats for rewards I m going to need some regular brushing my tail gets a little bit knotted up but my fosters have been working on getting it managed. I have a doctor s appointment on Friday 6 10 to get my 4dx test but I do have a microchip now. My fosters hated it but they had to stick all that stuff up my nose bordetella they called it I think. I definitely didn t like that but they gave me some treats after so I forgive them. Once they let me outside I love to run around with my foster brother. We play ball a little bit I know how to go get a ball but I don t always feel like bringing it back. I get a little upset when I m left outside without a human and I start yelling to make sure they know I m still outside I don t want them to forget me We ve been on a few walks I m manageable on a leash but my harness helps so I know when I m pulling too much on my fosters. I haven t chased after any animals yet but I have been barked at by neighbors dogs when we walk by I know not to bark back at them though we just keep walking. I do have to admit one of my weaknesses is definitely food. I m pretty tall so I can reach lots of stuff on lower tables and coffee tables. To be honest I shouldn t be trusted to be alone with a plate of yummy smells out. I eat 2 times a day and I drink lots of water but people food smells so good I would love to gobble it all up I haven t had the chance yet my fosters have been very careful but I did ALMOST get a nice juicy burger off a plate once. I m pretty smart so I tend to get bored if there are no toys or bones around I haven t been interested in any shoes or clothes to chew on it was pretty clear which toys were for me but if I get bored of those who knows what I could get in to I don t love my crate but I know it s for me to have a nice relaxing safe space. I ve been through a lot in a short amount of time and it s hard for me to process. I cry and bark a little bit because I d rather have people petting me but it s going to be important for my transition to learn to be happy in my crate. It s definitely a nice place for me to go when I need some time for myself and to keep me out of trouble while my fosters are away working.
