Maintenance Mechanic - Compensation: $14-$15 pr/hr

This position is responsible for all equipment maintenance and repairs performed and recorded according to schedule. Determine and prioritize goals of the task. Communicate with other departments and management to prioritize projects across departments to meet department and company goals and objectives. PRIMARY DUTIES 1. Keep all primary production equipment functioning. 2. Assist outside vendors in maintaining and servicing critical equipment 3. Assist in improving operators skills and training for the purposes of improved machine operation and maintenance. 4. Meet goals and objectives established by management. 5. Communicate with management to resolve issues that prevent meeting the goals and objectives. Communication should be well in advance of missing planned schedule. 6. Be effective model for teamwork respect all employees and portray a positive can-do attitude. 7. Communicate with other departments to assist all departments to meet company goals and objectives. 8. Keep complete accurate and timely records. 9. Achieve measurable continuous improvement in productivity quality and waste reduction.
