POSITION PROFILE The Technology Service Technician services and repairs a variety of Company products and systems at customer locations usually within a specific geographic area. A Technology Service Technician is capable of handling a full workload in a standalone and or networked environment. In this role you will actively drive revenue-generating opportunities through supply leads contract sales network support contract leads equipment and print assessment leads. In addition you will perform basic connected installations set up IP addresses download printer drivers and provide customer training on printing functions.
