Compliance Paralegal

The Compliance Paralegal provides support to the Compliance Department and serves as a liaison between Compliance and other SPS departments. Principal Duties 1. Review and manage suspicious activity and regulatory escalated disputes between the Compliance Department and other departments 2. Research fraudulent activity and complete suspicious activity reports relating to activities reported from other departments 4. Draft and file related fraud reports with enumerated clients 5. Update annual compliance certificates and notify clients. 6. Conduct legal research to support the Compliance Department and other departments. 7.
