I am willing to allow the placement of a billboard or something similar in my front yard for an agreed rate. I live on Spring Street before anyone coming into New Albany can turn off Spring Street. Every vehicle that comes into New Albany on Spring Street is required to pass my home and every vehicle heading for the Kennedy or Second St Bridge from New Albany and surrounding areas is also required to pass my home. It amounts to thousands upon thousands of people every day. Due to the relatively recent changes to Spring Street cutting it back to one lane coming into New Albany traffic is often at a full stop directly outside my home. With upcoming elections this would be a great opportunity for someone to reach thousands of drivers and passengers daily. It is also a daily route for several TARC bus routes.I will be treating this as equal opportunity and will not consider my own opinions or stance on any particular subject when deciding what goes in. This is a highest bidder situation. I do own the property.A few guide-lines Material must be free from profanity or heavily divisive subject matter. Material must be provided and installed. I am willing to do basic cleaning and maintenance within reason. If broken or damaged the material must be replaced or removed. In this case I would not charge for time that the space could not be properly utilized. I retain the right to make the final decision about the subject matter and time frame that any material remains on my property and retain the right to change my mind at any time. I will only expect payment for time the material is displayed.
