If cash payment is not made on arranged cutting date cutting will not be allowed until after cash payment is procured and presented. Only the cutting will be done by owner or staff. The owner will not be dragging out the trees. Dragging out of trees will be done by purchaser and his group either manually or with nothing heavier than ATVs. Purchaser will stack trees in groups according to size and a recalculation of sizes and amounts will be done to confirm that it matches payment. Only the amount matching payment will be allowed to leave the premises If necessary purchaser will have to make additional payment If purchaser desires to have trees baled he will have to bring own baler machine or make pre-arrangement with someone who will do the baling. The grower will not be doing the baling These fir trees are the most beautiful you will find in central NY. I am offering some for wholesale only because I am not selling them fast enough on an only retail basis
