CNA s will create an atmosphere of warmth positivity and person-centered care for each resident. As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant with Wingate Healthcare you must be patient cheerful and enthusiastic. Our ideal CNA Certified Nursing Assistant is a supportive team member who cooperates with nursing staff and other personnel to provide great patient care. Additional requirements for the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant include Valid CNA license Must pass pre-employment testing including but not limited to criminal background check employment physical references and drug screen Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and carry such weight at least 25 feet Must be a team player. must be organized and be compassionate for your residents.
