I am looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom two bathroom apartment in west valley city I am asking 425.00 per month and that includes utilities and wifi. No smoking in apartment or on balcony There is cable in the living room and if you would like it your own room you can have it set up at your cost and you pay the additional monthly charges. Private room and bath. Kitchen use and fireplace in living room. Small balcony . Laundry facility in same building. Complex has a work out center indoor and outdoor pool and will be adding a dog park and hot tub this year. Pets are negotiable except cats dogs are permitted as long as they aren t on the banned breed list . I have a small dog and any other dog would have to get along with. She is well socialized and well behaved and gets along with most dogs. about me I am 40 year old single woman I am pretty laid back. I am not a neat freak but I don t want to live with any slobs either .
