Large national general contractor is rapidly expanding. We are seeking a full time Construction Admin Project Coordinator for our Sarasota office. The ideal candidate must have commercial GC experience handling administration for construction projects. Job duties include Creating Subcontractor Files Organizing Sub Contractor Fairs Subcontractor Packets - Change Orders - Purchase Orders Obtaining Insurance Certificates Certified Payroll - Pay Apps (this experience is ideal) NTOs Lien Releases Waivers Meeting Minutes Monthly Reports - Job Logs Tracking MBEs Closeout Documents This position requires excellent computer skills with expert knowledge of Office 2010.
