Dahlia - Female Domestic Shorthair

Dahlia and her sister Rosa originally came to Tenth Life when they were rescued together from euthanization at a local shelter. They have been inseparable ever since. They are sisters bonded together not by blood but by companionship. Although they were adopted as kittens Rosa and Dahlia recently returned to Tenth Life when their adopter began experiencing health issues and could no longer care for them. Now they are looking for their forever home again Dahlia is the more adventurous of the two. She is the brave kitty who will explore everything and report back to her more shy sister. She is an energetic spunky black and white cat with lots of attention to give. She will stare at you for hours while you talk to her which actually makes you wonder if she knows what you are saying.These two appreciate the simple things in life such as laying across your laptop while you re trying to work (at the same time) sleeping in the window together or just downright laying on top of each other when its time to take a nap and biting your toes while your asleep at night begging for attention. Dahlia doesn t require a lot of cuddles but she s a feisty kitty that likes to play While she takes a while to warm up to new people once she decides that she likes you she would rather lay at your feet or beside you on the sofa than cuddle up on your lap. Sometimes she lays on her belly like a goofy puppy. Though Dahlia is not too keen on other kitties she adores her sister Rosa and is always looking out for her. When Rosa first came to her new foster home and was super scared Dahlia hid under the sofa with her to keep her company even though she was super brave and had to interrupt her exploring.Dahlia would like to be adopted with her sister Rosa.
