Summary Prepares technical and clerical tasks associated with the preparation labeling and dispensing of pharmaceuticals. Plays an integral role in the inventory and quality assurance activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates and schedules with the assistance of the Pharmacist in the preparation of sterile admixtures and home medical equipment orders Completes all calculations on product preparation and obtains validation from the Pharmacist before compounding mixing Compounds sterile admixtures and non-admixtures including but not limited to parenteral nutrition antibiotics chemotherapy hydration narcotic analgesics using aseptic technique where state laws permit Prepares labels prescription compounding mixing worksheets and completes and maintains product lot numbers...read moreApply NowCompany
