We are currently hiring (250 workers ) as Opposing Force - Role Players for an upcoming project at Fort McCoy in Sparta WI. This is a outstanding opportunity to exercise your acting talent in various staged military action roles. Actors will be operating firing weapons that discharge blank bullets wearing military wardrobe and participating in disaster decontamination drills. JOB assignment term July 1st - July 30th 2013 INTERVIEWS to be conducted June 24th - 28th 2013. Job Requirements - High school Diploma or GED - Military or Law enforcement experience preferred - Veteran or Active Duty Personnel Honorably discharged veterans Infantry scout and or combat engineers make best candidates - Role player experience helpful - not mandatory - Valid Drivers license Clean Motor Vehicle Record - Strong Mechanical Technical aptitude. - Excellent attendance required dependable transportation good work ethic Travel flexible - Physically able stand walk bend push pull kneel move through rough terrain and carry full service gear and weapons lifting 100 lbs for 2 miles repeatedly during a 12 hour shift - Able to multitask understand and follow orders instructions works well in a team environment and respects authority neat appearance enthusiastic and conscientious. - Must follow safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment (special attire wardrobe) - Willing to submit to and pass a High Level Background check with client - Willing to submit to and pass a drug screen with client - Must be eligible to work in the US. and over the age of 21 ( to handle firearms) Pay Rate 11.85 (hour rate) 3.71 Health and Welfare Overtime pay is 11.85 x 1.5 ( no health and welfare applies to work in excess of 40 hour work week) Shift Hours Daily on Call - up to 21 days Monday - Friday from 5 am to 5 pm ( possible night shifts overtime) Labor Ready is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
