Need outboard motor for my sailboat

My outboard motor a Evenrude 8hp 20 yrs old but ran good value 500. was stolen off my sailboat may 31 2019.My sailboat was on a mooring in the river off North Causeway St. near the New Smyrna public boat ramp. I need to replace it with a new or used long shaft outboard motor (any make).I must test it on the water before buying.
