We paid 2000 (the food and beverage minimum) which will go towards food and beverages - you get 2000 worth of food for 1500. You will pay tax and gratuity for the total. For example if your total bill comes to 3000 worth of food drinks you will pay tax and gratuity based on 3000. You can offer appetizers and drinks or customize it however you want. Very flexible.For example We were NOT going to offer appetizers.
