a person responsible for creating and maintaining application compliance for ITAR ASCA applications within the CIO Run tower. This person must have many years of audit compliance background especially with applications that are ITAR and ASCA compliant. This person should also have audit experience and understand all the issues involved in an audit and passing an audit.
