We are currently hiring a Warehouse Worker to join us in our mission. The successful candidate will embody our core values and add their skills and wisdom to all areas. This person will assist the Operations Team with inventory restock and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for utilizing Klean Kanteen s warehouse management system to accurately and efficiently move inventory to and from multiple bin locations while packing orders and restocking product. The Warehouse Worker position is an at will and non-exempt position that will be reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. Essential Functions Packs multiple boxes ensures compliance with customer specifications Operating lift truck while performing inventory management and restock Unload freight containers Experience Skill and Ability Direct or relevant combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge skills and abilities in qualifying. 1-2 years warehouse experience 1-2 years order fulfillment experience 1-2 years fork lift experience 1-2 years inventory management barcode scanning Constantly drives for results that meet objectives while meeting or exceeding customer expectations thus continually strengthening the brand Consistently exhibits company values and ethos in all interactions with associates customers suppliers and external constituents Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Familiar with barcode scanning inventory systems Fork lift experience Education or Formal Training High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to read communicate in English Microsoft proficient The closing date for this application process will be 8 9 2013.
