BuddyTN - Male English Shepherd

I rescued what looks to be a small short haired English Shepherd. He s about 28 pounds but might grow some after I fatten him up. I took Little Buddy to the vet and he has been neutered shots heart worm negative and de-wormed. He s the sweetest boy ever and so grateful for grass and a bed and love. But my fence cannot contain him and I live on a busy road. He has never had anyone to teach or train him so he does jump a lot but he s smart and learning. He wants to be a lap dog. He does get along with my other dog.
