Start here and secure your future School - 2 weeks of training will be done at one of our facilities. Bus ticket and lodging are paid for by Central Refrigerated for those who are not within commuting distance from our facility. We have locations in TN UT GA and CA. Over-The-Road Training - Once you finish our school training you will attend a 3 day orientation before you do on-the-job Over-The-Road driving with your trainer. You will get paid 100 for completing orientation once you are seated on a truck and under dispatch. The purpose of the Over-The-Road training gives you on-the-job training with a Certified Trainer. You have to log 200 hours of behind-the-wheel driving (approx 5 weeks) in order to complete this phase of your training. During this time you will earn a training salary.
