This is Trix and she has quite the purrsonality She is loving and social once she gets to know you but is very hesitant in new environments. Trix would like a cat savvy home with a consistent routine that can spend time with her to gain her trust and to provide her with lots of enrichment. Trix is quite playful which is a great activity to engage her in as this will also help her shed some of those extra pounds. She would also benefit from a weight loss plan under the supervision of your vet to get her to a healthy weight. In her previous home Trix had a positive history with cats and dogs but here in the shelter other cats seem to overwhelm her.
