CCNSG Safety Passport Training Course

2 Day CCNSG Nationally Accredited Passport to Safety Recognised by the petrochemical power paper steel industries and others as the necessary requirement contractors must attain to enable them to work safely on their sites. No admittance to site without it. This is a course designed to safety train anyone working in an industrial environment from labourers to project managers. It originated in the early 1990 in the West Wales oil refiners region as a result of clients contractors and training providers getting together to produce an adequate course of training that was common to all interested parties. It soon spread to many other industries as its benefits were realised to become a nationally recognised standard endorsed and accepted by the ECITB. The course is run for 2 days and consists of 4 sessions 1. Safe behaviour at work 2. Safe place of work 3. Safe systems of work 4. Safety problems and safe solutions After each session a multi choice assessment of 20 questions is undertaken to ascertain that candidates have understood the content of the course. The pass mark is 80% in each session. On successful completion of the course the passport card is issued to and is the property of the candidate. The records are related to the ECITB and kept on their database. The passport lasts for 3 years and is then due for renewal which can be undertaken 3 months before or after the expiry date. The new date on the card will be the date the renewal course is completed.
