JOB TITLE Payroll Clerk DEPARTMENT FINANCE MAJOR FUNCTIONS Incumbents of this position are responsible for assisting the Payroll Manager with the bi-weekly processing of payroll and the processing of employee time cards the payroll system. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receives and reviews changes to payroll. Provides backup to Payroll Manager for all payroll functions. Ensures that all employee time is properly and timely entered and approved on a weekly basis. Receives payroll and payroll checks from ADP reconciles totals to pre-existing controls for accuracy.
