Job Description National direct sales firm seeks an individual interested in a long term career. We are looking for that one person who can manage and recruit locally a team of 50 direct sales agents to give away free cell phones to the underprivileged in your area.We Offer You Guaranteed base of 1 000 per week Perfect commission and bonus structure Daily and ongoing training and support Opportunity for continued growth in both your earnings and your positionDuties The candidate must demonstrate an ability to recruit recruit recruit. You would recruit a team of 50 sales agents that would run the program in the low income areas of your community. In addition the candidate must perform all of the following functions You must be willing to go into low income neighborhoods plus place ads to recruit hire train and manage a team of sales agents. Train each agent on how to set up a booth and give away free cell phones to the underprivileged in low income areas. Audit each sales agent to make sure they are following the rules. Oversee manage and be responsible for inventory and equipment which includes free cell phones laptops tablets tents signage etc. Minimum Special Requirements Have organizational and time management skills and be well organized Proven computer skills so that candidate can communicate with agents and corporate office Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen and maintain a valid driver s license Must be willing to be on call 7 days a week on a more than full time basis to support team of agentsWe are seeking a highly motivated dedicated team leader who is not afraid to get his her hands dirty.
