LEAD TRANSLATOR - INTERPRETATIVE SVCS - FT, 7AM-7:30PM

Description Assists patients with limited English proficiency (LEP) physicians nursing staff and other clerical personnel by providing interpretive services (English Spanish) while patient is in the hospital . Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION TRAINING and or EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a bilingual environment is required. Must possess basic healthcare Spanish interpretation skills. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. REQUIRED LICENSES and CERTIFICATIONS Completion of a Spanish English Medical Interpreter Certificate Program or Certification in Spanish language interpretation.
