An engineering consulting firm specializing in building envelope and curtainwall industry is seeking a Structural Project Engineer or Senior Engineer to add to their growing firm.REQUIREMENTSBS in Civil or Structural Engineering is required. Active Ohio PE License is strongly desired. 7 10 years experience working on curtainwall projects. Able to complete projects on own Able to coach train designers and engineers. Must be very skilled in solving typical and difficult problems on projects Strong mathematical skills AutoCAD 3D STAAD MathCAD Experienced in MS Office is required This person will provide curtain wall panel stone and enclosure calculations Review and coordination of shop drawings with engineering Glass analysis thermal analysis specialty structural analysis Architectural components such as aluminum steel concrete and wood Design and engineering as it relates to cladding structures. There will be some travel but not often. This firm is seeking candidates interested in a long-term opportunity.
