Mortgage Builder Loan Officer

Mortgage Loan Consultant position for a builder-mortgage company. A minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience in current lending environment is required. Applicants must currently hold an active TX Mortgage Loan Originator license validated through the NMLS and have a thorough knowledge of FNMA FHLMC and FHA VA USDA guidelines. Responsibilities include loan origination and tasks required to maximize efficiencies.
