A NEW LITTLE DOG PARK the Hillcrest Heartrock Dog Park is located at University Ave. and Highway 163 in uptown San Diego. IT S LITTLE TINY MIGHT BE THE BEST DISCRIPTION BUT IT IS FUN. Located near the new and popular Better Buz Coffee Shop it is a walk to clean it up ourselves facilityon state property south of University at the 163 bridge. The city is not involved it s up to us to be good citizens so please do keep it nice. Open all day and night with no lighting. Created by the Heartrock Guy there is a heartrock in the dead tree stump and a his painting of dancing dogs to make it a unique dog park the only one of it s kind in the USA.
