Rottweiler Mix - free to good home

Elvis is a 4 5 year old with a social gentle and loving personality most of the time. He suffered an injury 2 years ago and does limp on occasion especially when it is cold. In the past 6 months Elvis has snapped at 3 children and a couple of times has shown some aggression towards visitors and other dogs. I have small grandchildren and can not keep Elvis though he has been a fabulous companion to my husband and I. He has had some training and is housebroken though he usually stays outside. He is able to use a doggie door has a good appetite and loves to play ball when his leg isn t hurting. Unfortunately If I am not able to find a good home Elvis will have to be put down which just breaks my heart. However I have no choice. It is time for his shots to be updated and I will do so if I find him a home.
