Activitity Director
Responsibilities include Assist in planning coordination and evaluation of activities. Responsible for community outreach. Facilitate activities appropriate to physical social cultural spiritual emotional and recreational needs of each individual. Assist in the surveying and interviewing of residents to determine leisure interests talents and resident satisfaction. Assist with daily documentation of resident s activity involvement. Requirements The ideal candidate should be people oriented reliable creative and professional. Successful candidates should have experience in coordinating and planning the daily and social needs of older adults and should also be able to fulfill job duties independently with minimal supervision after orientation and training into the position.
