KEVIN - Male Chow Chow Mix

This information was provided by the previous owner- Kevin is a young well-mannered chow mix. He was found as a stray and quickly adjusted to the other dogs he temporarily lived with. Kevin does have a hard time adjusting to new people especially men and can react very fearfully or be quite protective of his human. Once he does warm up he is a snuggle bug He enjoys playing with balls and other toys and likes to go on car rides. He does sometimes chase smaller animals so homes with cats and other small pets won t be a good match for Kevin. He will need some patience from his new family and he may not have had much socialization with people but once he opens up he is quite sweet Since being at the shelter Kevin has grown far more friendly with people. Sometimes he doesn t keep his manners and will jump on people. He can react very exuberantly and vocally when there is something that he wants so a person that can remember to calm Kevin will be ideal for him.... More Info
