I need a male roommate to share with three other men. A room is available for 600 month 120 Month utilities (varies). This person will share a bathroom with one other person. The other two tenants have theirown bathroom. The place is a single family home across from Lohman s Plaza Shopping center. It is right next to route 50 where you can then drive just one mile to reach highway 495. The room has one window s two doors and a closet. I have a closet for your jackets in the hallway and another closet for all your bathroom supplies. The bathroom was remodeled three years ago. You will have full use of the home. There is plenty of storage space. There is an existing dresser ceiling fan and a floor lamp. There is a living room that is shared by everyone except me (I don t use it) that has a large TV and a couch. All of the appliances are 3-year old or less. There are two refrigerators. One is used by one tenant and the other is a brand new Kenmore refrigerator that you and one other tenant will use. It is 26 sq. Ft. I don t use either of them. The kitchen is yours to use as well as is the washer and dryer which are in the basement. I also have a large deck with a gas grill that anyone is free to use as well.
