Please read Adoption Info on the left side of our website. Little Roxy comes to us from a shelter after being found as a stray. She s very sweet has kisses for everyone and is just a nice girl. At 12 pounds she s a little girl but has a huge heart and lots of unconditional love to give to that special someone or entire family. She gets along well with other dogs and is ok with cats too. Roxy s lived a hard life. We believe she was either crated for extended periods of time or spent most of her time outside in a small fenced-in area as her teeth are worn down from biting at something. We are guessing after speaking to the vet that she s around 4 & 1 2 years old. It s hard to tell a true age when a dog has lived a hard life. Maybe she s 2 Maybe she s 6 We just don t know. The vet estimated her age to be 2-6 years old. She came to the shelter with a horrible flea allergy and loss of fur due to the allergy. We have her on appropriate medicine to clear that up. She s going to be just fine especially when she doesn t have to fight fleas Yuck.
